The most profound expression of our beliefs is found in the work supported by the Rutland Foundation

Effective dialogue, critical thinking, cross-cultural understanding and the determination to build great things all begin in youth. Since 2020 we have sponsored awards and projects to give support and inspiration to young people of exceptional talent and merit, whatever their background.

We work with institutions such as The English Speaking Union and Oxford University to enable that support to reach the greatest number of people. We engage actively beyond financial support by mentoring, leveraging our network, and engaging stakeholders to get behind people and projects that catalyse meaningful change.

The Foundation is solely funded by The House, and is explicitly uncommercial. We are consciously giving back to the ecosystem that we benefit from, playing our part in enhancing that ecosystem for future generations.
